Pilgrim 5K at Thanksgiving Point

Coming November 26, 2015. It’s Thanksgiving week…time for turkeys, stuffing, pumpkin pie, and how about a run? Check out the Pilgrim 5K at Thanksgiving Point, about half-way between Salt Lake City and Provo, Utah. They provide the pilgrim wear: buckle hat or bonnet and a long-sleeved, cotton tee styled to look like a pilgrim’s jacket or dress. This is a loop route from the Garden Visitor Center around the golf course and back with pilgrim scenes along the way and “Plymouth Rock” at the finish. Yummy apple cider and pumpkin bars for the finishers!
