Indy Women’s Half Marathon and 5K

Coming September 19, 2015. The first women’s only half marathon in Indiana. Started in August 2010, the Indy Women’s Half Marathon and 5K has become the largest women’s running event in the Hoosier State and the 23rd largest women’s marathon in the United States. The course is an out-and-back loop through the capital city’s downtown districts with a stretch along the banks of the White River, which flows through the city. A killer hill that was included in previous races has been removed, so this is now mainly a flat, fast course.
