Rock Climbing Retreat by The Women’s Wilderness Institute

Coming May 16 and September 19, 2014. Join The Women’s Wilderness Institute for their 3-day Rock Climbing Retreat. Aimed at beginning and intermediate climbers, you’ll head to Vedauwoo, Wyoming, known to the Arapaho Indians as “Land of the Earthborn Spirit” and an excellent climbing area. The granite rock formations are ideal for learning crack and face climbing methods, belaying, rappelling, and an intro to anchor and gear placement. All food, rock climbing gear and camping gear (including tents, stoves, backpacks and sleeping bags) is included.
