The Avenue of the Giants Marathon

Coming May 4, 2014. Maybe the MOST SCENIC course in the entire country, the Avenue of the Giants Marathon (and half-marathon and 10K) runs through the Humboldt Redwoods State Park in Northern California. The paved course winds through giant old growth 300-foot tall Redwood trees (aka The Giants), providing great shade to keep you cool throughout. To just walk amongst these trees is a magical experience, so you can imagine that the run will be something memorable.
