Lisa Hecke was kind enough to alert us to a Yoga Retreat in Rocky Point, Mexico that she teaches through her company, Sacred hARTS. Stay in a beachfront condo with beautiful views of the Sea of Cortes. Spend your mornings practicing yoga right on the beach with the afternoon free to explore the area, relax at one of three swimming pools, kayak, or just hang out at the beach. All meals from dinner on Friday to lunch on Sunday are included as well as 2 nights accommodations and daily yoga and meditation sessions. Sounds like a quick, relaxing, warm getaway!
