25th Annual SCYA Women’s Sailing Convention

Coming February 1, 2014. TrailblazerGirl sailors (or wannabe sailors) should check out the 25th Annual SCYA Women’s Sailing Convention in Corona del Mar, California. There will be morning and afternoon sessions with on-the-water workshops such as beginning sailing, docking, overboard procedures, and offshore cruising, as well as land-based workshops like racing tactics, nighttime sailing and navigation, beyond bandaids, and boat maintenance mania. A chance to learn some new skills and meet other women interested in sailing.
